This is the opening scene of my senior capstone project, revisited with a brand new color palette and new lighting from scratch.
With this reimagining, I set out to take advantage of what makes lighting for animation unique by exaggerating the emotion of the candlelight - enveloping the character and environment in warmth in a way it might not in real life.
